Description
13 Park Parade is an early 19th-century building that has been altered. It stands three storeys tall and features three windows. The roof is slated with coped gables. The exterior is made of coursed, squared grit stone rubble, finished with pebble dash. The building has recessed sash windows with glazing bars, and wooden splayed bay windows with cornices that rise through the first floor, flanking the entrance. The recessed doorway has a panelled surround, a fanlight, and a half-glazed door, with a cast iron balcony above at the first floor level. There is also a segmental arched carriage entrance at the west end. This building is part of a group that includes Nos 8 to 13 and Nos 15 to 20, which are consecutive.
