Description

15 Park Parade is a late 19th-century building that stands three storeys tall and features dormers. The facade has three windows and a recessed entrance bay with two windows. It has a slated roof with a gabled front and is constructed from coursed squared grit stone, accented by a floor strip. The windows are recessed sash types with leaded lights. The entrance boasts a bracketed slate hood and a semi-elliptical arched doorway that contains a half-glazed door. This building is included for its group value with Nos 8 to 13 and Nos 15 to 20, which form a cohesive architectural group.
