Description

This is a two-storey building dating from the 19th century, likely the earlier to mid-19th century. It has three windows and a slated roof with bracketed eaves. The exterior is constructed of grit stone ashlar. The building originally featured a stone shopfront with pilasters supporting an entablature; this has since been altered and the shop windows replaced by recessed sash windows. Recessed doorways are present, each with a fanlight above a double-panelled door. Numbers 21 to 33 Park Parade form a group.
