Description

12 and 13 Regent Parade are a pair of buildings dating from the 19th century. They are two storeys high and each has two windows. The roofs are slate-covered, and the front is stuccoed. The first floor features recessed sash windows with glazing bars. Number 12 has a modern bow window and a doorway with a hood within a recessed ground-floor bay. Number 13 has a later 19th-century shopfront with pilasters and brackets supporting an entablature and fascia. The buildings are included in the listing for their group value.
