House. Mid C18, heightened later. Dressed sandstone; pantile roof. Centre staircase plan, 1½ rooms deep. 2-storey, 2-window front. 4-panel door under rectangular fanlight at centre. 2-light small pane horizontal sliding sashes. Thin timber lintels to all openings. Steeply-pitched roof with thatch under tiling. Included for group value.
