Description

No. 33 is a house located in Middleton in Teesdale, dating from the early 19th century. It is constructed from chisel-dressed sandstone blocks with ashlar dressings, while the returns are made of rubble. The roof is stone-flagged with a stone ridge. The house has two storeys and two bays. On the right side, there is a four-panel door with a three-pane overlight above it. To the left, there are sash windows with glazing bars and projecting stone sills, all of which are set beneath flat stone lintels. The roof features a chimney at the left end with a top string.
