House. Late C18 with C20 alteration. Squared sandstone with pantile roof and brick stacks. 2-storey, 2-window front, with 1-21-storey building to right. C20 part-glazed door to 1-21-storey building, with inserted small-pane top-opening light to right. 2-light, 12-pane horizontal-sliding sashes to 2-storey front, with painted stone sills; painted tooled wedge lintels to ground floor and thin stone lintels to first floor. End right stack to 2- storey front. Included for group value.
