House. Late C18 with later alteration. Squared sandstone with pantile roof and brick stacks. Central-entry plan. 2 low storeys, 2-window front. Central C20 board door flanked by 16-pane sashes; unequal 12-pane sashes to first floor. Painted stone sills to all windows. Painted tooled wedge lintels to ground-floor openings, and thin timber lintels to first floor. End stacks.
