Description

No. 13 Church Street is a house built around 1790. It features dressed sandstone on coursed rubble, a pantile roof, and brick stacks. The building has a central staircase plan and is 1½ rooms deep. It is two stories high with a symmetrical front that has two windows. The central door is from the 20th century, while the windows are sash style with glazing bars in the upper sash and stone sills. All openings are topped with raised keyblock wedge lintels. The left side has a coped gable and a shaped kneeler, and there are stacks at the ends of the building.
