The cottages are constructed of slobbered rubble and feature a graduated slate roof with stone chimneys at the mid and ends. No. 8 has a dormer window and a 20th-century plank door with two sash windows to the left on each floor. No. 10 also has a 20th-century plank door with two sash windows to the right on each floor. No. 12 has steps leading up to the first-floor door, with a sash window to the left on each floor. This group of cottages is included for its group value.
