Description

Yard 83, also known as Dr Manning's Yard, is a cottage that likely dates from the early 18th century and has undergone later alterations. It is constructed of wet-dashed rubble and features a graduated slate roof with a rendered chimney at the east end. The building stands two stories tall and consists of three bays. The entrance is a plank door located to the right, accompanied by a 20-pane sash window. Above, there are three additional sashes with glazing bars.
