Description

3 Seatown, also known as Castle Terrace, is a cottage from the earlier 19th century, with a later 19th century attic addition. It is a single-storey building with an attic and features three bays. The front is finished with dry dash, and the reveals are painted. The central entrance has a panelled door, and there are canted dormers in the outer bays topped with apex cast-iron finials, each containing 2-pane glazing. The cottage has coped tooled rubble end stacks and a slate roof.
