Description
Yard 83, also known as Dr Manning's Yard, consists of two cottages, likely built in the early 18th century, with some later alterations. The cottages are constructed of slobbered rubble and feature a graduated slate roof with end chimneys, one made of stone and the other rendered. There is a dormer window on cottage number 4. The buildings are two storeys high and have a total of four bays. Cottage number 4 has a panelled door with two sash windows to the left and two above, two of which are 16-pane. Cottage number 6 has a part-glazed door with a 16-pane sash window to the right on each floor.
