Description

This is a late 18th-century farmhouse, with possible earlier elements. It is constructed of roughcast stone with a slate roof. The building is two storeys high and comprises three bays. The windows are sash windows with glazing bars, and the windows in the first and third bays are paired sashes. The front entrance is sheltered by a flat, bracketed canopy and contains a panelled door. The left-hand side of the building has a lean-to outshut and a gable-end stack. The right-hand side features a large, projecting gable-end stack with set-offs. The rear elevation is similar, incorporating a tall stair window. The farmhouse was in a dilapidated condition in 1987.
