Description
The Kings Arms Hotel is a hotel that likely dates from the early 19th century, with an extension on the left side. It features roughcast render and a graduated greenslate roof with a blue glazed ridge. The building stands three storeys high and has four windows, mostly sash windows with glazing bars, although some glazing bars have been removed from the lower sashes on the top floor. The entrance consists of a panelled door set in a moulded stone surround with a bracketed cornice, flanked by one window on each side and an additional window to the left in the extension. There are two chimneys on the building. The listing previously included an arched entrance to a stable yard on the left side, which has since been demolished.
