Shops, on sloping site. Probably early C19. Later additions and alterations. No 35: Tooled ashlar; moulded, cast-iron gutter on dentils. No 37: Incised stucco; gutter on dentils. Graduated slate roof; rendered chimney to east end of each property. 3 storeys. No 35: Corniced wooden shop front with C20 glazed door and plate-glass window; 16-pane sash to 1st floor, 2 sashes to 2nd. No 37: Late C20 shop front with single sash to each floor above (2nd floor, smaller).
