Description

58 Front Street is a house and former shop dating from the early 19th century. It features incised stucco with stone quoins and a slate roof, along with a yellow brick chimney stack. The building has two storeys, with a single bay for the former No 58 and two bays for the former No 60. The former No 58 includes a large early 20th century shop window with leaded upper panes that incorporate the street number in coloured glass above a recessed entrance. The former No 60 has a six-panel door with a painted quoined surround. Sash windows with glazing bars complete the façade. The building is included for its group value.
