Description
No. 10 Etterby Street is a house that is part of a terrace, built in the 1830s with some alterations made in the late 19th century. The exterior features painted rendered walls resting on chamfered plinths, with a decorative embossed stucco circle and diamonds flanking the entrance. It has angle pilasters and a bracketed eaves course. The roof is made of Welsh slate, and there are end brick chimney stacks, one of which has been rebuilt. The house is two storeys high and has two bays. There are steps leading up to a central 20th-century door with a fanlight, which is framed by a stucco surround with a keyed cornice. The windows are 20th-century casements set in stucco surrounds with bracketed sills. The interior has not been inspected. This property is also shown on the 1840 tithe map.
