It features painted stucco walls resting on a chamfered plinth and has a graduated greenslate roof with a small gabled dormer. The house has a rendered shared ridge chimney stack. It is two storeys high and has two bays. There are steps leading up to a right-hand panelled door with an overlight, set within an Ionic doorcase.
