Description

Nos. 82 and 84 Etterby Street are two houses that form the end of a terrace, built in the 1840s. They feature Flemish bond brickwork with light headers and are set on a chamfered plinth. The houses have a common Welsh slate roof and original end brick chimney stacks. Each house is two storeys high with two bays, creating a mirrored pair. The front has paired 20th-century doors with overlights, all within original painted stone surrounds. The sash windows, with glazing bars in No. 84, are framed by painted stone architraves. The interiors have not been inspected, and these houses do not appear on the 1840 tithe map.
