Description
No. 109 Warwick Road is a house that is part of a terrace built in the 1850s. It features Flemish bond brickwork with light headers on a chamfered plinth, and has stone cornices with dressings made of calciferous sandstone. The roof is made of graduated greenslate and includes 20th-century gabled and boxed dormers, along with stucco chimney stacks that have been partly reduced. The building is two storeys high with two bays and a basement. There are steps leading up to a left-side panelled door with an overlight, all set within a pilastered stone surround. The sash windows are framed by stone architraves, with the ground floor window having a panelled apron above the basement window. The interior has not been inspected. This property appears on the first edition Ordnance Survey map from 1865.
