Description

Three houses, along with one office, form a terrace on Warwick Road, dating from the 1830s or 1840s. They are built with Flemish bond brickwork, featuring light-coloured brick headers on a chamfered stone plinth, with painted stone dressings, except for No. 101. A common cornice runs along the top of the buildings. The roofs are covered in graduated greenslate, with a boxed dormer on No. 101, and original brick chimney stacks.

Each house is two storeys high and two bays wide, with a double-depth plan. Steps lead up to panelled front doors; the door at No. 103 is a 20th-century glazed example, set within a rounded brick arch and stone surround, while No. 99 has a matching through-passage doorway. Nos. 99 and 103 have had canted bay windows inserted, the one at No. 103 extending over two storeys. No. 101 has a tripartite window on the ground floor which appears original, matching the style of the 20th-century casement windows above. Upper-floor windows are sash windows with glazing bars on No. 99. The interiors have not been inspected.
