House. Early C19. Rendered walls and plinth with V-jointed quoins to left, dentilled cornice; Welsh slate roof, red sandstone ashlar chimney stack. 2 storeys, 2 bays, built as the first in a terrace but the other houses were never built. Panelled door with patterned fanlight, pilastered surround, round moulded arch with false keystone. Sash windows with glazing bars in plain painted stone surrounds. Single-storey extension to rear is of no interest.
