Farmhouse. Early C19 with extensions dated and inscribed A.H. 1840. over side entrance. Mixed sandstone and split cobbles, with dentilled eaves cornice and V-jointed quoins, on chamfered plinth. Graduated hipped greenslate roof with stone chimney stacks. 2 storeys, 3 bays, with flanking single-bay lower wings. C20 door under painted radial fanlight in round-headed surround with false keystone. Sash windows with glazing bars, those in right wing without glazing bars. End wall right has panelled door and sash windows in painted stone surrounds.
