Description
West Woodside Farmhouse is a late 18th-century farmhouse constructed from coursed hammer-dressed red sandstone, featuring painted V-jointed quoins and set on a chamfered plinth. The roof is made of graduated greenslate with coped gables, and there are one stone and one brick chimney stack. The building has two storeys and three bays. The entrance includes a four-panel door set in a panelled reveal, topped with an eared architrave and a pediment. The windows are sash style, with glazing bars, and are framed by painted stone surrounds. The adjoining outbuildings are not considered of interest.
