Description

Waver House is an early 19th-century farmhouse constructed from hammer-dressed red sandstone, featuring V-jointed painted quoins on a chamfered plinth. The building has a graduated greenslate roof topped with large stone chimney stacks. It stands two storeys high and consists of three bays. The entrance includes a four-panel door beneath a patterned fanlight, all framed by a dentilled pedimented Tuscan doorcase with an ornamental frieze. The windows are sash style, set within painted stone surrounds. The left end wall features an oval attic window.
