Description

This barn, located approximately 30 meters south of Elmdene, is likely from the mid-18th century. It is constructed of cob and brick, with some areas now rendered, and features a corrugated metal roof. The barn was originally designed as a single-unit structure with a hayloft above. It has central double-plank doors, with two hayloft doors on either side above. The roof was rebuilt in brick during the 19th century. The interior has not been inspected. This barn is included in the register as an example of cob construction.
