Description
No. 25 Lauds Road is a 17th-century house built of coursed squared ironstone with a tiled roof and brick stacks. It has a through-passage plan and features two storeys and an attic, comprising three bays. The entrance is located in the second bay from the right and includes a wooden lintel above a plank door. To the right of the entrance, there is a three-light casement window with a wooden lintel, while to the left, there is a one-light window also with a wooden lintel. The left bay and the second bay from the left both have three-light casement windows with wooden lintels. The first floor has similar windows. The house has coped gable ends with kneelers, and there is a stack to the right of the center along with flanking stacks. The interior has not been inspected.
