Description
Claremont House is an early 18th-century house located on the west side of Crick High Street. It is constructed from coursed ironstone rubble and features a thatched roof with brick stacks. The house has two storeys and five bays. The entrance, located in the second bay from the left, has a moulded wood lintel, rendered jambs, and a flat wooden hood supported by brackets, leading to a six-panel part-glazed door. To the left of the entrance is a two-light casement window with a wood lintel, and to the right is a similar window. In the second bay from the right, there is a four-pane window with a wood lintel, and in the right bay, a 20th-century three-light top-opening casement window with a wood lintel. The first floor features two-light casement windows with wood lintels. The gable ends have brick coping, and there is a large stack to the right of the centre and another stack on the left gable. The interior has not been inspected.
