Description
No. 7 Stoke Road is a 17th-century house constructed from coursed ironstone rubble, featuring some large blocks. The roof is made of interlocking concrete tiles from the 20th century and has a coped gable with a moulded kneeler on the right side, along with a brick chimney on the left. The building has two storeys and an attic, with one bay.
The windows are ovolo-moulded ironstone mullions, with a 4-light window on the ground floor and a 3-light window above, the latter of which has been inserted. To the right, there is a 19th to 20th-century flush-panelled door that is top-lit, with a wooden lintel but no proper surround. The right gable features a small attic window with a moulded stone surround, while the left gable has a roughcast finish. There is a 20th-century extension at the rear. The front bay likely represents a fragment of a larger building.
