Description

This is an early 18th-century house located on the south side of Banbury Road, near Chackombe. The building is constructed of coursed limestone rubble with an asbestos tile roof and stone chimney stacks. It is two storeys high with an attic, and has three bays. A doorway is positioned to the right of the centre of the facade, featuring a wooden lintel, a 20th-century half-glazed door, and a 20th-century gabled timber hood. A five-light window is on the left side, with a stop-chamfered wood lintel and original moulded wood mullions. A similar three-light window is located on the right side of the facade, and comparable windows are present on the first floor. The interior has not been inspected.
