Description

This is an early 18th-century house located on the north side of Buckland Orchard Road. It is constructed of random limestone rubble with a thatched roof, and features a chimney stack finished in 20th-century brick. The house has a two-unit plan and originally had a two-window front. It has a single storey and attic. Timber lintels are above the 20th-century front door and 20th-century two-light casement windows. The roof is half-hipped on the left and gabled on the right, with an external stack. The interior was remodelled around 1970. The building is included on the list for its group value.
