Description
Eleys is a house dating from the late 17th century to early 18th century, with a one-bay extension added to the left in the 20th century. It is constructed of coursed limestone rubble and features a thatched roof with brick stacks. The house has a two-unit plan and consists of one storey and an attic, with a two-window range. There is a timber lintel above a 20th-century door, which is set within a gabled porch from around 1970. The windows have 20th-century timber lintels and include two-light casements, with a two-light casement in the half dormer. The roof is half-hipped, and there is a ridge stack that was previously an end stack on the left gable wall of the original house. The interior has not been inspected. The building is included for its group value.
