Description

Southby is a house dating from the late 17th century to early 18th century. It is constructed of coursed limestone rubble and features a thatched roof with late 20th century brick stacks. The building has a two-unit plan and is one storey high with an attic, presenting a two-window range. There are timber lintels above a central late 20th century door and flanking late 20th century two-light casements. The roof is gabled with stacks at the gable ends. The interior has not been inspected but is likely to be of interest.
