Description
The Cedars is a house dating from the early 19th century, constructed from ironstone ashlar with a slate roof and flanking stone stacks. The building has two storeys and an attic, featuring three bays. The central doorway is framed in stone and includes a six-panel door with an overlight, along with a 20th-century timber porch supported by Tuscan columns and topped with a flat roof. On the ground floor, there are 16-pane sash windows with stone frames on either side of the entrance. The first floor has similar windows in the outer bays, while above the entrance is a 12-pane sash window. The attic features two-light casement windows with stone frames in the outer bays and a central six-pane sash window. The interior has not been inspected.
