Description

Croft House is a house, originally a pair, dating from the early 19th century. It is constructed of ironstone ashlar, with some brick used in the gables and at the back, and features brick ridge and end stacks with octagonal flues. The building is two stories high and has a central range with two windows, flanked by lower symmetrical single-window wings that are slightly set back. There are six-panel doors at either end, with the right door being part-glazed, both featuring overlights with lozenge pattern glazing bars. The house has 16-pane sash windows throughout, a stone plinth, a first-floor string course, and boxed eaves. The interior has not been inspected.
