Description

These are a pair of cottages located in Nuns Lane, Long Buckby, dating from the early 18th century. They are constructed of ironstone ashlar with a corrugated asbestos roof and brick end and ridge stacks. The cottages are two stories high with a four-window front. The doorways have 19th-century timber lintels, and the windows are 2-light casements from the 20th century. Inside, there are stop-chamfered beams with run-out stops.
