Description

Nine Springs Villa is a mid-19th century building, dating from around 1860, designed in the Neoclassical style. It is constructed of ashlar stone and features a low-pitched roof covered with Welsh slate. The villa stands two storeys tall and is characterized by quoins and an entablature. The sash windows are framed by architrave surrounds. The central arched doorway has vermiculated rustication and a shell ornament in the arch, set within a two-storey projection that is flanked by single-storey projections, each adorned with four Doric pilasters. The building has a plinth and a cast iron verandah on the south side elevation.
