The building has a double-depth, double-fronted plan, standing two storeys tall with three symmetrical windows. Notable architectural details include rusticated quoins, a first-floor band, and a moulded eaves cornice. The central entrance consists of a round-headed doorway with a half-glazed door, which is framed by a pilastered portico topped with a balustraded parapet. On either side of the doorway are canted bay windows, also featuring balustraded parapets. The first floor has recessed sashed windows. The left return wall has three windows, including a round-headed stair window with glazing bars. The interior has not been inspected.
