Description

Winton Villa is a mid-19th century building located on the north side of Cliftonville. It is constructed of yellow brick and features a hipped roof covered with Welsh slate, along with a brick cornice. The villa has two storeys and includes three sash windows that have marginal glazing bars. On the ground floor, there are two stone canted bay windows that flank a central porch, which has been altered to a window. This building is included for its group value, as it is part of a group with The Lindens and Redlands.
