Description

Redlands is a mid-19th century building located on the north side of Cliftonville. It is constructed of yellow brick and features a hipped roof covered with Welsh slate, along with a cornice. The building is two storeys high and has three sash windows on the upper floor, as well as two canted bay windows on the ground floor. A Roman Ionic porch is situated on the side elevation. Redlands is included in the listing for its group value, as it forms a group with The Lindens and Winton Villa.
