Description
Addison Villas, located on Billing Road, consists of Nos 36 to 38, built in 1880 by Matthew Holding in the Jacobean style. The buildings are constructed of red brick and feature tiled roofs with Dutch gables. They have basements, three storeys, and attics, with floor and sill bands. The windows are casement style, with flat and segmental arches, and there are canted bay windows. The first-floor balconies are adorned with wooden balustrades, and the doors have bracketed heads. Nos 34 to 38 form a cohesive group.
