Description

Spring Hill is a mid-19th century villa designed in a simplified Neo-classical style. It features channelled yellow brickwork and a low-pitched roof covered with Welsh slate, which is adorned with a modillioned cornice. The building has two storeys, a plinth, and a band at the first floor. A stucco Doric porch with four pillars supports an entablature. On the south side elevation, there is a pedimented projection on the right and a combination of three and two sash windows.
