Description

28 Billing Road is a restrained mid-19th century building designed in the Neoclassical tradition. It is constructed of stucco and features a hipped roof covered with Welsh slate, along with a cornice. The building has two storeys and attics, with three first-floor sash windows that include marginal glazing bars. On the ground floor, there are two canted bay windows supported by Doric pilasters and topped with entablatures. A Doric porch leads up steps to the entrance. Inside, there is a stained glass staircase window designed in the Morris style.
