Description

Sunnyside is a building from the later 19th century designed in the Tudor style. It features yellow brick with stone dressings and a Welsh slated roof that has three gables. The building is two storeys high with attics and has casement windows that are set under dripmoulds. There is a single storey embattled closed porch and a Gothic style conservatory on the south side. Sunnyside is included for its group value, as it forms a group with Beaumont Villa and Springfield.
