43 and 44 Billing Road is a building from 1865 designed by E W Godwin, previously known as St Martin's Villa. It is constructed of red brick with stone dressings and features a Welsh slated roof in a Gothic style. There are floor and sill bands, and the four central first-floor windows have carved stone lintels. Stone colonnettes serve as mullions.
