BILLING ROAD 5327 (North Side) Nos 43 & 44 SF 7660 6/227 II 2. 1865 by E W Godwin. Formerly known as St Martin's Villa. Red brick with stone dressings, Welsh slated roof. Gothic style. 2 storey gabled wings, 3 storey centre. 1:4:1 windows. Floor and sill bands. 4 central first floor windows have carved stone lintels. Stone colonnettes form mullions.
