Description

Ashleigh Villas is an early to mid-19th century villa, built after 1834. It is a double-fronted building of three storeys with three windows. The roof is hipped and covered with Welsh slate. The front elevation is rendered and features rusticated quoins and a plain eaves band. Recessed sash windows are present, and there are blank windows in the centre. A round-arched doorway is set within a rusticated, splayed surround, topped with a fanlight featuring arched Gothic lights; a modern door now occupies the opening.
