Description

Bay Villa and Bay Cottage are an early 19th-century pair of villas located on Plymouth Road. They are two storeys high and feature a three-window front with a central bay that projects forward. The buildings have hipped roofs covered in Welsh slate, topped with a pinnacle at the apex and decorative pendants at the eaves. The front is rendered, and the windows are recessed sash types with glazing bars. Each entrance is adorned with a trellis porch.
