Description

An early 19th-century pair of villas, located on Plymouth Road. The buildings are two storeys in height, with two windows on each facade. They have hipped roofs covered in Welsh slate, with rendered stacks. The stucco frontages incorporate two central bays that project forward, featuring pilasters on quoins and paired pilasters that support an entablature with a console bracketed cornice and a ramped-up blocking course. Recessed sash windows have glazing bars. The recessed outer entrance bays feature doorways with pilaster jambs, rectangular fanlights, side lights, and half-glazed doors.
