Description

No. 103 and No. 103A on High Street is an early 19th-century building that stands three storeys tall. It features two windows, with one window returning to Plymouth Road and another with a splayed corner treatment. The roof is hipped and covered with Welsh slate, complemented by rendered stacks and projecting eaves. The front is painted roughcast and has a plain sill band at the second-floor level. The windows are architraved sash types. The house doorway also has a plain sill band at the second-floor level and includes margin lights. The ground floor has a modern 'Regency' shopfront, which is supported by ashlar pilasters and features an entablature, along with a round-arched doorway on the corner.
